Ok but lacks help
May 19, 2023 - Sales Development Manager in Schaumburg, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Salary is ok. Benefits on day one. Pay for training.
Cons
Expensive benefits. The training is non existing. Unless you are in a team that produces you will get no help. They promise the moon and stars but what you get is just elevated land. Not worth the time unless you already have a network. Unfortunately it felt as if they didn't care.

Income Opportunity, Family Atmosphere, Bonuses/Rewards etc. Honestly, if you're a self starter and motivated, the Pros list does not end.
Cons
Not a "con" IMO, however most would find sourcing accounts daunting. However, it gets much easier once you're established.

They don’t value your time and effort
Jun 9, 2022 - Sales Representative in Schaumburg, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Nice co workers and clean office
Cons
-100% commission based -no actual training in what you’re selling or how to be successful at selling it - no real leads whatsoever. The leads are just a bunch of random businesses printed off the internet - the company doesn’t value your time or effort at all. You have to drive to the office every morning and they expect you to make calls until 4pm and then go out and door knock until late in the night. -working 60+ Hours during Monday- Friday (and sometimes on weekends) to possibly make zero money that week because they don’t pay you a salary or even give any type of gas bonus.

Trust your gut!
Jan 4, 2022 - Sales Representative in Schaumburg, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Sky is the limit on income if you can get trained! That said if you like to just be brain dead and dial phone, you just need to learn how to do a turn over. Once they get their closers, technologies, maybe SalesForce, and realize they our operating on a theory of tunnel management which is gravely hurting those with closing abilities as you need to understand multi layers of numbers.
Cons
No product knowledge point of reference to help in training process while at work either on walls, short vedio clips ets. , no clear guide to success at local level but regional send on fire?

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Honestly, I could not tell you a pro.
Cons
This company is a HUGE scam. Worst experience I have had working anywhere. Firstly, I worked at the Houston office recently for a month and a half. They compensated me around $50. It was a "sales" position and yet you have no control over whether you get paid or not because it is all up to the manager handling your sales. During my over the phone "interview" they made it clear that you get paid a base pay-- you do not. If you have plenty of time to put in 9 hour days into a company and not get compensated for it be my guest. I lost my apartment and had to move back home during a PANDEMIC because of this fraudulent company. Dont be like me. Avoid them and keep looking for a job. They will prey on you.
