    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Elite Ambulance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good pay, good equipment and not stingy about stocking up the trucks, and easy to get enough hours.

    Cons

Horrible dispatch (very rude and unorganized), not good about rescheduling hours, don't trust employees, bad policy on letting ambulances take lunch breaks or stop on the way to non-emergency calls. Not good about letting us post wherever is best for the EMT's on the truck.

    Advice to Management

It'd be helpful if you were more considerate of people's schedules, this job has weird hours and so we are flexible with you please be flexible with us.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Elite Ambulance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of ambulances, so plenty of opportunities to get hours. Busy enough to make the day go by fast, but not too busy to feel that you need to rush, or feel overwhelmed.

    Cons

Efficiency of trainer depends on your trainer. Some are more attentive than others and there is not really a cohesive training regiment.

    Advice to Management

Create a more cohesive environment, and use more online resources.

I worked at Elite Ambulance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent management. Easy job. Flexible schedule. "EMS"rooms in hospitals and discounts at stores. Good conversations.

    Cons

Sharing a cramped car all day (no return to base). Not really "helping" anybody. Surrounded by generally stupid and lazy partners (which I.F.T.M.S. generally attracts). The subsequent development of residual laziness, futility of purpose, and agitation.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

I have been working at Elite Ambulance full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Plenty of hours up for grabs

    Cons

Poor working enviroment. You're just there to make them money; that's how you're treated. No vacation time, PTO, are flexibility in scheduling if you're in school. It's just bad.
