I worked at Elite Management Services part-time

    Pros

Flexible hours. They adjust to your schedule

    Cons

    No tips while in training

I worked at Elite Management Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

On paper, the pay doesn't seem the greatest starting at $3.84 per hour, but the tips are what really make up for it. I would go home each week with around $300 cash on top of the hourly rate.

    Cons

Your schedule was different every single day and every single week. Managers can sometimes talk down to you from time-to-time.

I have been working at Elite Management Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I loved my job as a runner. It was fun and as a bonus I stayed in shape from all of the running.

    Cons

    Corporate, corporate, corporate.

Chris Bufkin doesn't know anything about running a company and he most certainly doesn't understand anything about people. His social skills are absolutely terrible and he does nothing but yell when he's around. My advice would be to steer clear of him at all costs.

    Advice to Management

I liked the management where I worked. There was often schedule discrepancies, but other than that the managers worked really hard to try and keep Bufkin and Yancey happy.
