    Negative Outlook

I worked at Elite Marketing Interactions full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Fun environment in the field. Allowed managers to work from a home-based office. Standard benefits package for full-time employees.

    Cons

Salary was very low compared to the responsibilities and level of execution demanded of the position. Very little recognition afforded to the field staff. Upper management was very hesitant to promote from within with resulted in very high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Focus on training and development at all levels. Evaluate employees in a consistent manner that focuses on KPI's and results and not on who is just kissing @$$.

  3. "Overall positive experience, management was responsive, if you can work without supervision a great job, work from home"

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Elite Marketing Interactions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work from home, manage your own schedule, a great work-life balance, leadership understood the challenges of the position, time off when you had personal issues during the week

    Cons

The store staff were under paid, constant recruiting because the associates at store level were leaving for better paying jobs, major account would cancel events making scheduling a challenge

    Advice to Management

Ran the company out of business by not sticking to what the company did best, let the major account run the business which caused a loss of integrity in running the business

I worked at Elite Marketing Interactions

    Pros

work out of home- decent salary until you get an award - good benefits- works great for those who are very self motivated. Started at $42k/yr ended at $46k/ yr. Company pays gas mileage.

    Cons

Management was very aggressive and domineering to a degree of being degrading. Also the company wants only to hire profile people which were slated between 18 and 40.

    Advice to Management

    reign in your middle management.
