    Excellent Place to Work. Truly care about there employees and their professional development.

    there is not many negatives i can say regarding this company. I truly had a wonderful experience here.

    Pros

    Excellent quality skin care products! My AE is the best, she bends over backwards to help me succeed! Excellent training! I couldn't ask for a better cosmetics company to work for.

    No Con's that I can think of. I've been very happy working for EA

    Keep hiring great AE's, like the one that I have!

    Arden, as a company, is like a family. For the most part, when you come to Arden, you have a home.

    They are slow to promote their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Elizabeth Arden needs to focus on promoting faster to keep its talent, rather than constantly hiring outside of the company. I also recommend giving more vacation and personal days so that employees don't burn out.
