I worked at Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center full-time

    Pros

Overall pleasant work environment and rewarding in ways. Lots of friendly staff and can consult as a team to treat the patients overall.

    Cons

Too many high school- like cliques and gossip. Managers will suddenly make up their own rules that go against company policies and then you're penalized. Can be hard to be in touch with upper management/administration. Major lack of communication between units/floors/departments. Understaffed nurses and CNA's have to work much harder and longer shifts or doubles. If you're laid off the managers and HR can suddenly treat you like a criminal.
