    Positive Outlook

I worked at Elk Grove Unified School District full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

EGUSD was a wonderful place to work. Even though it is the largest school district in Northern California everyone cared for the kids.

    Cons

Sometimes year-round and different track schedules at some of the schools can be a bit crazy to manage.

    Advice to Management

Continue to show the same care and concern to students and staff that has gone on for years.
