Account Manager
Jul 9, 2015 - Account Manager in Oklahoma City, OKRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I really like the fun work environment and the people I work with. Everyone is really helpful and I like that the president of the company is always readily available and has an "open door policy". They do lots of fun office events and charity events, which I think is cool. The training is really good as well. I came straight out of college so I haven't had any sales/marketing experience but I think I have learned more in the short time I've been here than at any other position in any other company. So far I'm really enjoying what I do here and I can see a long term career opportunity.
Cons
The interview process is pretty extensive. They do three rounds of interviews and I have some friends that also applied that didn't get invited back for the second interview.

So far, so good
Apr 4, 2014 - Entry Representative in Oklahoma City, OKRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I would definitely say the team is very good to be around. Majority of the people have really been helpful with my training so far. We have helped out a lot of customers, and in a short time - I already feel more comfortable with the customers at hand. The Client Manager really helps out, and its good to know that people pick up their phones when I have a question. Favorite part so far has been traveling around a little bit. I have never really got to experience any other cities for even a short period of time, and networking with the people has been so awesome. My fiance was a little hesitant at first, but she really gets along with everyone so far.
Cons
My goal was to beat the record, and I thought I did, but I guess I had it written down wrong. Maybe being a little clearer on the requirements.

Great environment, great people
Jun 6, 2012 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
From my experience the company has a great work environment! The people in there are very friendly and welcoming, and every Thursday they go and spend time together outside of the office. work environment is definitely a big factor for me in a company I work for. The job I do in sales and marketing is right up my alley also.
Cons
The hours are a little unusual being from 11-8. It's nice to have mornings to myself to get things done but it gets a little bit late in the evening.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
The people are by far the greatest part of this job. High energy, encouraging, etc.
Cons
High turnover rate - door to door sales.

Maybe if you want to learn basic PR
Sep 28, 2016 - Public Relations Intern in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The co-intrens teach you everything from scratch
Cons
No one on one interaction with the staff
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Exciting, learn a bunch, most people are great, CEO makes sure you get what you earned. Lots of walking.
Cons
Wasnt the tight fit for me... Did not realise it was a door to door sales type thing, and often feels way to pushy for me, I watched people get angry when they were told no and then they almost forcibly asked why, also had one guy yell "language barrier" as we left to imply that we didnt get the sale because the women was unable to speak english well... everyone else understood her completely. It wasnt proffessonal in that aspect.
