    Pros

The people that I have met and been able to work with at Ellington have all been helpful and friendly, the lunch is fantastic, and I am surrounded by smart people. While getting acclimated to the work and the different jobs I have been assigned, my manager(s) and surrounding co-workers have all made the work environment very comfortable.

    Cons

It is hard for me to come up with any downsides. The days are sometimes long, but that comes with the business and is not unique to Ellington. Like I said, I am enjoying my time at Ellington.

    Pros

Free lunch, most people who work there are nice

    Cons

Despite the fact that most junior people are great, management is completely insane. Lots of people are unhappy and the crazy culture saps any drive you may have had when you started. No opportunities for growth internally. They actively try to screw you on pay (Ie they will shortchange you unless you fight them)

    Advice to Management

Just because you can get away with being a jerk, doesn't mean you should've a jerk
