    Pros

Senior administration cast great vision and are great at carrying it out. Always willing to listen and promote. Team atmosphere.

    Cons

Front line staff. Insurance benefits aren't great. Lots of reports no pregnancy insurance. Policy doesn't cover it. No Front line staff training.
Need better pay for the RAs in order to get quality people

    Advice to Management

Keep recognizing talent inside your organization. Continue to promote within and continue great training

I worked at Elmcroft Senior Living full-time

    Pros

    Residents, meals, shuttle, cleanliness,

    Cons

Understaffed, disgraceful and uncaring regional managers

    Advice to Management

Don't be stingy, hire more workers for the many residents who reside there, promote satisfied workers, and a safer environment (a win-win for prospect for all; balance).

    Pros

There are some very dedicated people working in the communities. In general, the company seems to have the right attitude about person-centered care.

    Cons

I felt a bit invisible and under-appreciated. I worked very hard to bring innovative ideas and high quality to the work I did, and while a few people in executive positions saw and appreciated the contributions I offered, many in upper management showed little appreciation or interest. I felt a need to be part of the "in" crowd there and never felt I quite succeeded in achieving that status.

    Advice to Management

See and appreciate every employee for who they are and what they have to offer.
