      Positive Outlook

I have been working at Elms College

      Pros

People are generally nice to each other. The campus isn't bad to look at. Internet speed is incredible.

      Cons

It can seem really small. Chicopee isn't really a super exciting place to be. Sometimes it can be slow and boring, but perhaps because I'm only an intern

      Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Don't let people walk all over IT because we're important and also people too. Just be friends you dig?

      Advice to Management

Be willing to address problems when the issue is staffing, especially in recruitment positions. Administrators need to be more honest with the president about bad things happening on their watch instead of hiding what's going on.
