Colleagues (for the most part) are a tight-knit group with common goals of making customers happy. Flexibility in work schedules to a certain extent.
Horrible management with self-promoting agendas and do not pay attention to employees who request assistance. They bend the rules for their favorites and ignore the rest, even though they are breaking the rules set by Oracle. Management makes up stories to make themselves look good, while hurting those who have been loyal and productive and beneficial to the company at large.
Advice to Management
Grow a pair.
