Pros
usually there is no pressure, friendly environment
Cons
low salary and benefits, open space offices, lot of experienced engineers left company because low salaries. Owner try just to maximize profit, and therefore lot of people are staying short in company. Engineering service based company should make focus on engineers and their development, not just on marketing.

Pros
Good work environment, great colleagues, great place to start career. Maybe best internship program in Serbia, in terms of AMS, but also Verification in general. Long term projects that can give you lots of experience.
Cons
Projects can be both overdemanding, and unsatisfying in same time. Not enough information flow from management, lots of information are going thru unofficial channels. Salaries lower than competition's.

Pros
Flexible working hours, Relaxed company, Friendly stuff, Various projects
Cons
Young people easily fall into relaxing trap if they are not investing in them self. Possibilities are there so you must be proactive

Pros
Very flexible, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Working hours are more like guidelines rather than actual rules. You can work from home whenever you want, but I still prefer the office due to all the great people, comfy chairs and the excellent view. You are given absolute independence and basically get to manage yourself. There is a wide variety of projects you can get assigned to for a wide variety of clients. A great starting point for someone young and inexperienced. Salary per workload is ultra-high for local market.
Cons
It is a little too flexible, relaxed and comfortable. I am not sure if management trusts me or they simply doesn't care what I am doing. Probably somewhere in between. While there are many possible projects, you don't have much say in which one you will get and very few of them could be considered cutting edge. An experienced engineer could easily get stuck in a routine and stop growing, which is why young people are leaving once they learn what they can (or they stay for life, which is not too bad either). Workload is very light, resulting in less-than-competitive salary for the majority of people. There also doesn't seem to be a strong enough financial incentive (in terms of pay raises) for people to work hard and grow, which further reinforces the tendency of ambitious people to leave.

Pros
Great workplace for beginners, has organized internship program, relaxed atmosphere without pressure.
Cons
Outsourcing company, projects are mostly assisting other companies with doing what they do not have time to. Very little room for improvement.
