    Pros

The environment was friendly and conducive to working productively. Benefits offered were better than many other companies at that level.

    Cons

It was unfortunate that the company merger made for an uncomfortable work environment and jobs felt threatened. Being a publicly traded company meant communication from upper management was not at a premium.

    Advice to Management

For any of the management that were kept on by the new owners, remember to always encourage your employees to be there best without looking down on them and don't let good work go unappreciated.

    Pros

They always treated the employees very well. The management was always understanding.

    Cons

They need to have better communication across the company.

    Advice to Management

Should have gotten rid of the CEO and some of the othe executives. The company might still be around.
