    Good pay, different job duties daily, fun teams to work with.

    Cons

    Line level pay is hard to find good tale that with the wages available to offer.

    Advice to Management

    Increase wages to line level associates in order to keep experienced associates.

    Pros

    Great and fun coworkers. The pay is decent but maybe a little low for the zone. Great benefits for all full time employees.

    Cons

    In my experience it can take a while before you can have any benefits. Any other than that I don't think there is any other con's.

    Pros

    Working with a large group of people in different departments.

    Cons

    9 hour shifts, no actual break given but working lunch.

    Advice to Management

    Access to paid lunch away from office when working 9 hour shift, 5 days a week!

    Guests can be interesting and fun.

    Cons

    Turnover is high and management doesn't have an interest in further developing employees or compensating them fairly. Limited opportunity for growth.

    hard to get off when needed and they promise you room for growth but then you never move up.

    There is a reason you have a high turnover rate, maybe try listening to your employees.
