    Pros

    As a bellman/shuttle driver you have a lot of flexibility durUnf your shift. Shuttle service is on demand, and other than that you can go about your day as you wish.

    Cons

    Can be a number of unrelated tasks managers assign you that are out of your job description.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees.

    Feels like working with family. Co-workers are supportive of one another. Offers flexible schedules

    Cons

    You have to work overtime just to make a decent amount of money. Does not allow for good work/life balance if it is your only job

    Cheap meal plan, great hospitality education, Hilton Honors benefits

    Cons

    Low PTO Rate, No holiday pay, Low managerial support, No sick days, ridiculously high benefits cost

    Work independently during the evening without distractions of the busy hotel activities that take place during the day.

    Drama, Segregation between the "Temps" and Embassy Employees, Language Barrier, Miscommunication of Supervisors and Staff, Disrespect among peers

    Get out of the office long enough to see what your employees are actually going through. Just because we're getting the job done, doesn't necessarily mean that we are fine with the way things are carried out..
