I have been working at Embassy Suites part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very straightforward tasks and responsibilities. Cool benefits - discounted hotel stays and amusement park tickets.

    Cons

There were several changes within management and seniority positions so the rules and process changed and remained inconsistent.

    Advice to Management

Allow your entry level employees more opportunities to cross train once they have been with the company for over a year. Communication among departments could improve.
