    Pros

Beautiful hotel very nice outdoor space restaurant had all the potential in the world but was full of staff that had no interest in their current employment

    Cons

Lack of restaurant management, general manager is a good manager but the restaurant didn't have 3 managers it was supposed to. Bad judgment call

I worked at Embassy Suites full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Always had high occupancy and just under went a renovation.

    Cons

Upper management not willing to help or commit to wanted change.

    Advice to Management

Catch up with the times and keep your word. I'd your checks say your getting paid biweekly for 80 hrs then don't make management work 60 hour a week.

    Pros

It is a beautiful and spacious hotel

    Cons

Front desk management tends to leave the employees by themselves with lots of people needing to check in and a phone to be answered. For what the get paid they should do more than sit behind the desk.

I worked at Embassy Suites full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy work everyone i worked with for the most part was easy going and friendly, hire managers from within, fairly frequent raises, full benefits.

    Cons

communication between departments needs improvement. pay for managers needs to go up because there was no incentive to move form hourly to salary work.

    Advice to Management

Increase manager pay, communicate with other departments, change the SALT score system it does not work only angry customers even do the reviews, also the Make it Right catch phrase is awkward to say when checking in guests.
