Independence! As long as you're doing your job at a high level and getting results, no one is looking over your shoulders or micromanaging you. Great teammates. Strong leadership that knows when to step back and lets you do what you know how to do best.

Cons

For creatives, insurance isn't exactly the most stimulating topic to create content about, but that's also a good challenge to have. Lack of collaboration between various teams. Most teams don't know what others are even working on if it doesn't affect them at all.

Nice company, nice people. In house product. There is no perfect company, but I could live with imperfections of this one. Also in such a nice vibe, it comes easy to push a bit more for the company.

Serbian salaries could be better in engineering compared to other startups. Some fake values that are forced and not conducted. Some non-senior seniors but you get everywhere a couple of those.
