    Flexible hours
    Good benefits
    Salary is fair to the market

    Low employee morale
    High turn over
    Supervisors do not interact to help you achieve your highest standards

    Advice to Management

    While customer service is the main goal, employee morale is the key to this success. Management would benefit with regular meetings in order to carry a positive initiate across the internal processes. In the past five years, management has become divided which results in confused and disgruntled employees. This lack of morale in turn is externalized as inconsistent customer service and loss of customers and revenue.

    Pros

    Salary and flexibility are really the only pros. I cannot say anything else positive.

    Cons

    It was great until changes that needed to be implemented were made. CEO was on board with all suggestions until he started receiving complaints from those unwilling to change. He needs to man up, and be willing to move forward. He also needs to learn the definition of morality. Stand up for what's right and stop being a coward! HR was terrible at the time as well, but I hear there have been changes in that department!

    Advice to Management

    Get a new executive team in there!

    Pros

    Most of the team members are pleasant, and great to work with. There is a great sense of care among employees.

    Cons

    Management is too concerned with the dollar being brought in, disregarding the fairness and loyalty to the client as well as employee. Training is scarce, and there is no presence of any general SOP, on any level. Truly be careful with what you say and do, as it was made apparent there is only one concern, The Greenbacks!

    Advice to Management

    Focus on more detailed training, build commerodry between managerial staff and other employees, and finally work on honesty.

    Pros

    People are great. Technical resources are great. Experience level and professionalism are great. Culture is great, however bound by "how it used to be" when economic times have now changed. Very customer focused.

    Cons

    Plentiful technical resources lead to high cost structures. Tendency to over-staff jobs. Tightly bounded by parent company requirements. At best, average billing tracking and execution. Blindly following policy over common sense can put financial/billing concerns over customer retention and satisfaction to the Company's detriment.

    Advice to Management

    Strive for common sense over letter of the corporate law. Adapt operations to current market conditions: amount of time spent executing jobs, not implementing time-saving techniques because that's not the way its been done in the past. Define sales roles and territories to sharpen focus.

    Pros

    You get a check each week. You have a job in this horrible economy.

    Cons

    They claim to care about the employees they don't. CFO runs everything and President acts helpless. Not a great place to work. Cost of insurance is horrible. Employee moral is at it's lowest and no one cares.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees and stop running a good ole boys company. Make them feel appreciated. You can get them to work harder if you do.

    A paycheck each week would be the only pros.

    Cons

    Salaries suck. Terrible raises. White employees are paid more than Black employees for doing the same job. Good ole boy mentality. Micromanaged. The CFO/VP runs the company. The President is just a body with no backbone. Rehire employees that caused problems in the past. They keep employees that should have been fired years ago.

    Advice to Management

    To corporate...Get Rid of all of management!
