    I have been working at Emerge

    Pros

    Friendly environment and nice co workers. Can work at home

    Cons

    Sometimes slow responses from chat support but other then that it's a great place to work.

    Advice to Management

    It would be beneficial to the company to hire more chat reps to speed up the response process to assist customers.

    I loved the people I worked with ! Also they don't micromanage you, you plan your day accordingly. They love to shower you with free food, gift cards, tv, arcade games to hide all the FLAWS AND LIES THAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS ! It was all great in the beginning you know the job was super easy and fun, BUT then they increased the work load and added more things that they you had to do.     Where to begin, first they never told the majority of the new hires that this employment was temporary on top of that they lied about having holiday pay ! The managers have no idea what they are doing one day it's this way they next next it's completely different !     Advice to Management

    My advice is that the managers need to get on the same page so that they the employees aren't confused because different managers tell them different things.
