    Pros

The clients, and fellow workers are the only pros.

    Cons

It is VERY known, and felt, that everyone is expendable. They claim to be team-oriented but in reality, they only care about money. Not the animals, certainly not their employees, just money.

    Advice to Management

Try actually caring about your employees and not making them feel like you don't care if they stay or leave because there's always someone else who can replace them. They consistently work overtime and endure heartbreaking cases the least you could do is show some appreciation, not indifference.

I have been working at Emergency Animal Clinic full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The atmosphere working at the Animal Emergency Clinic Northeast is very fast paced and lively. Working nights provided the chance to see some unique medical emergencies and cases.

    Cons

There is no room for advancement. The benefits, employee discounts, and compensation do not add up to the amount of work that are required for the job.

I have been working at Emergency Animal Clinic (More than 3 years)

    Pros

More often than not they are flexible with school, co-workers are open to trading/covering shifts. The variety of cases seen keep it interesting, majority of doctors are friendly and not condescending towards techs and receptionists.

    Cons

Very infrequent if any raises given. I worked there 3.5 years before I got a raise. Until recently, management was poor in responding to employee problems/concerns.

    Advice to Management

Give annual raises. Respond to employee concerns in a timely mannor
