    Pros

Coworkers can be nice. Loved the residents. Promote alot from within.

I worked at Emeritus Senior Living part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

consistent hours; other than occasional double shifts you would start early and also be able to end early. once you get to know the residents you know all of the drinks and food you will need to get together before they even sit down

    Cons

you're in charge of some manual work outside of serving such as cleaning the dining area when it's not being used. This includes scrubbing the seats. I feel like they need people more qualified using better supplies to get it really clean

    Advice to Management

don't have any... I was a seasonal college employee there for a short time. It was convenient our boss was available via text for questions on schedule

    Cons

Cut through middle management. Avg employment expectancy for a salesperson is 1 year. Always replacing new employees
