    Pros

No shortage in needed work as its open 7 days a week. Easy to speak with managers.

    Cons

High turnover rates in some departments. My location may have been an anomaly, but in the 2 years I worked there, there were 4 executive Directors.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest a tighter control on the quality of workers. It seemed to me they were hiring people they knew would quit or be fired quickly so as to avoid pay raises.

    Pros

This was a very good company to work for. They were flexible with my hours and a good salary for the position.

    Cons

It seemed like they were always short staffed, either in the kitchen or out on the floor. I enjoy working so it wasn't a big deal for me.

    Pros

The staff was friendly and hard working. Things run smoothly here. I really enjoyed my job. It was a fun and rewarding place to work. The patients as well as staff were wonderful.

    Cons

The only downside is that I never got the full time hours that were promised to me even though I had an excellent work review and patients as well as employees spoke highly of my work. Maybe they just didn't want to fork over the benefits. After many months of this I had to move on.

    Advice to Management

When you have a reliable and hard working employee who is dedicated to your company it's probably a good idea to do what you can within reason to hang on to them. People who take pride in their work seems to be a jewel these days.

    Pros

Interacting with geriatric patients, learning how to handle patients with little to no mobility, utilizing documentation skills, learning from the residents, time and a half when working holidays, Hands On, Responsibility.

    Cons

Facility IS HOT, 2 ND Floor Holmgreen is out dated and is in desperate need of a new AC Unit, Lack of Staff, Not enough of a background check or personality test, Under Staffed over night OR OVER Staffed, No respect towards those with seniority, No assistance with patients considered "dead weight"

    Advice to Management

DO thorough Personality Tests, Don't lie about what the job entails it's great experience for someone beginning in the medical field, DO prepare Care Assosciates with proper training techniques when it comes to: feces, blood or the inevitable deceased patient. More sample documents on how they are to be filled and laminated protocols. PLEASE FOCUS ON FIXING 2nd floor. DO not openly flirt with employees this does not grant very much respect.
