    lovely colleagues from all over the world. easy job interesting enough to keep you from getting bored. amazing new office.

    Cons

    work life balance, crazy shifts far away from city centre, low pay, no progression opportunities, higher management makes promises but doesn't keep them. management out of touch with actual job

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your people more. customer isn't always right. your advisors judgment is often more on point than your own. give your employees more incentives once they have proven their ability

    Overall there were a lot of benefits, but then they were forgotten by negative sides of the work

    Cons

    You will never find professional development on this particular job. You don't make a difference, if you are creative and smart there wont be any opportunity to show it. In such big company it is not possible to grow, it is absolutely impossible to be promoted.

    I have been working at Emirates full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

    The people not the managers, good work location, coffee machine and that's all no more

    Cons

    Low pay, forcing employees to work Christmas and New Year, lack of empathy with employees, treatment as objects, no progression in career, management likes to work by removing bonus if you are more than 2 minutes late a month, management does not socialize with people if not on the same level

    Advice to Management

    Please quit and employ new managers
