    Great bank, life Isco great if you work with a good direct manager, good senior management and rewarding for hard workers

    Unprofessional and lack of collaboration very old school mindset and inefficient processes!

    Pros

    No pros as it was really a bad career choice.

    Cons

    low salary compared to the market, no air tickets and its all about who you know...you work nearly 12 hours a day and its constant pressure..

    No advice would help... From what I've heard its always been like this..

    Very good work atmosphere. No one asks you unless your target isn't complete.

    Cons

    Lots of racism and politics. Because both of these qualities in an management demotivates potential candidates.

    Advice to Management

    Please open your eyes and see other candidates who are really having more potential. And stop being biased.
