    Pros

    No pros as it was really a bad career choice.

    Cons

    low salary compared to the market, no air tickets and its all about who you know...you work nearly 12 hours a day and its constant pressure..

    Advice to Management

    No advice would help... From what I've heard its always been like this..

    Pros

    Very good work atmosphere. No one asks you unless your target isn't complete.

    Cons

    Lots of racism and politics. Because both of these qualities in an management demotivates potential candidates.

    Advice to Management

    Please open your eyes and see other candidates who are really having more potential. And stop being biased.

    They offered better salary than my previous job, and I have to take the opportunity to joint with overseas company

    Cons

    As a team leader I can motivated my team as well as my self but sometimes we never knows the other people taught for work.

    Bonding team properly it must be happen and we have to build good communication between down level and top management level

    emirates Islamic is very growing bank in uae

    full control in manager hand , only mail can terminate you ,
    very aggressive management with lake of long term view achievement

    Pros

    Pay is Good, Senior managers are in good condition. UAE national employees are Good in number and are contributing with team work

    Cons

    Huge pressure from Business units and no support from Group IT level. Makes it very difficult to coordinate. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, Frustration atmosphere inside bank premises

    Advice to Management

    Aspire to transform the bank to Digital bank but first get your own dedicated IT team

    Pros

    Islamic bank however not run in an islamic way

    Cons

    Bad management, no chance of growth unless you are well connected. staff treated very badly and poor salary.

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiring cold mckenzie people who don't know how to manage staff. For them you are just a number.
