I worked at Emirates full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

The pay is good and the benefits are some of the best in the industry.

    Cons

Hardly any cons to this company. Has to do more with training and some of the management.

    Advice to Management

Need more attention to very much needed training. A source is needed that will be more user friendly. Most importantly, the US stations should have the Cargo Manager and Sales split between two people. Combined position is not efficient and not recommended especially for sales. No incentive.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Emirates full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Emirates used to be a positive environment to work. Now it is just a sad organization.

    Cons

You should definitely think twice about wanting to work here. Though Emirates is portrayed as a great brand you will quickly learn that the company culture is extremely negative. There is no advancement potential for employees in the US. They will interview you for more senior positions that open up but ultimately bring in people from Dubai who are no more capable than our own employees.

    Advice to Management

Do everything better. You have destroyed what used to be a positive family-like environment.
