    I worked at Emmanuel College-Massachusetts part-time

    Pros

Great environment, friendly, efficient, great for first year students

    Cons

Some issues with guests not following rules, but that is not a true reflection of the position at large

I have been working at Emmanuel College-Massachusetts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

People here are really, really nice, and overall, very dedicated and hardworking. Everyone is very focused on serving the mission of educating our students. I have worked at numerous higher ed institutions (and private sector) and this place hands-down has the least office politics and gossip. benefits are generous, including a 4-day work week in summer.

    Cons

It's a small liberal arts college, so funds can be tight. Salaries are fair, but there's some pressure to keep staffing quite lean.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. (But I hope there's a plan for future leadership; it's not clear who would be in line to succeed the current President and CFO.)
