    Pros

    large organisation, so the potential to learn about multiple project sites is more

    Cons

    old employees are not supportive of new ideas and employees. Relationship with donors is not good and donors are taken for granted. Every donor has a problem with them.

    Reporting, finances, systems have not kept pace with trends in the market. Hospitals operations in bad state. No self respecting doctor would join them

    Advice to Management

    Refocus your efforts on replacing old employees. Augment donor relations to ensure positivity

    Social networking, time-off policies, employees welfare & support, open door management.

    Cons

    No system for finance, human resource, management & governance. Training & company values to be implemented, No growth for employee. Poor Accountability. Poor management structure.

    Advice to Management

    Change management structure & governance model. Implement proper & efficient systems. Train & Develop employees.

    Pros

    god fearing people , no discrimination,learning opportunities, working under safe and understanding leaders and officials who guides time to time for our responsibilities.

    Cons

    those who r working since long dont accept new people specially if a new person is head on them

    permanent staff is to be transferred in 5 or 6 gap
