Shows great interest in accommodating and supporting workers needs. Also offers opportunities to pick up shifts.
Cons
Only limited number of people working per home, therefore there is additional pressure to pick up shifts when someone calls off to ensure proper ratio for clientele.

Pros
I love my clients and co-workers, they are why I come to work everyday and why I love my job. They are my other family.
