    Positive Outlook

I worked at Emmvee Photovoltaic Power full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good place for exposure as the industry and sector is booming. Emmvee being one of the big names in the industry and equipped with big manufacturing facility and project development gives an end to end exposure for an individual.

    Cons

Company has to develop in the way it functions. Salaries are poor (below industry standards) for mid level and very high for top employees. No facilities like transportation despite office location is far 35 kms away from the city, no good hikes as per time, no employee engagement plans, no standard work timings, no employee recognition initiatives.

    Advice to Management

Please also think on the employees
