    - Great benefits (PTO, sick, etc.)
    - Amazing opportunities (pay for job development)
    - Great mentality, working with others who have been with Emory for awhile
    - Very open to your personal life (at least in my group)

    Cons

    - Due to the amount of people that stay and don't leave, there are rarely opportunities to move up from your position
