    Pros

    Good benefit package. Not bad.

    Cons

No upward mobility. Even with degrees.

    Advice to Management

Create ladder for the employee growth. Most people do not want to stay at the same level their whole lives.

I worked at Emory University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good classes, large research budget, name recognition, good stipend and benefits. It was also nice to have the opportunity to teach as a graduate research assistant.

    Cons

Heavy workload, bureaucracy, preference is given to chemistry and medical students over the other sciences, though possibly for good reason.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that professors are more motivated and incentivised to teach well and care about their students, particularly tenured professors.

    Pros

relative flexible. very good infrastructure, campus. great weather, and location.
