I worked at Empire Education Group full-time

    Pros

Lots of opportunity to advance (depending on position)

Company cares greatly about what they do

    Mostly friendly staff

    Cons

Depending on what you were hired for, pay ranges from great to abysmal

Management can be very misguided at times and make poor decisions

Very unorganized as a whole, focus is put on fancy titles/equipment over quality hires and quality equipment

VERY cult-like, advancement can be largely based on who you know rather than what you know

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the president, switch back to a more family-oriented business and eliminate all of the superfluous management tiers you just added, and you'll be golden.
