    Enjoyable job and people to work with. Good benefits. Willing to train you.

    Cons

    A lot of upper management don't understand the job of the mechanics and therefore they often question why we do things the way we do.

    Pros

    Used to be a great place to work....not anymore.

    Cons

    The company used to be a great place to work but the good managers moved on and rental was left with egotistical jerks and if you don't kiss their butt....they will force you out.

    Advice to Management

    Owner needs to take a long hard look at his rental department and the managers in that department.

    Greedy angry organization, promised training got none, trained others who immediately quit and went to work for someone else.

    Cons

    greedy angry organization, run everything through charities so they can avoid taxes, don't share a dime, look down on those who are not into making them richer.

    Love the people, loved my job.

    Cons

    Started out low pay. Getting a quarter out of them was nearly an impossible feat. Management feels like their lives are more important than yours.

    Advice to Management

    try to imagine being in other people's shoes rather than focus on how clean and comfortable yours are.

    Pros

    Decent Pay and Decent Benefits.

    Cons

    Rampant favoritism , employees are not treated equally.
    Management Hired Based on Who they know rather than what they know.
    Extreme Micro Management down to the color of your font.
    Middle Management reviews and edits employee reviews of leadership
    Cant trust HR , they will share all information.
    They do not practice their core values
    Jeff Whiteman is a hands off CEO

    Advice to Management

    Live the core values , rather than use them as a sales tool.

    Secure job, most weekends off, benefits, friendly co workers.

    Management attitude, not very ethical behavior from management, for a company that promotes so many values.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure the human quality of the individuals you hire match the core values of the company, because right now, they contradict each other.
