Employee Navigator has an excellent team culture (particularly on the sales team, Bethesda office) and provides employees the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. With the sales team being relatively small, it is a close knit group that acts as a team to support one another and collaborate. No sharp elbows. The company has very strong leadership under the CEO George, who is an industry expert, and someone you can see truly cares about his employees and the culture in the office. As a member of the sales team, I had the opportunity to grow within my role and cover more territory. I was given invaluable hands on coaching by my manager and other sales team members, that really want to see you succeed and grow in your career. Management is excellent as a whole and truly strives for the development and long term success of those joining the team. Furthermore, the product is excellent and EN is certainly an industry leader pushing the capabilities of Benefit Administration software. As a sales person, there is a brandname element to selling as most brokers have already heard or seen its success. This software has many comparative advantages within the industry and is growing at a blazing rate. I would highly recommend Employee Navigator to a friend looking to join an exciting and rapidly growing company, where they will make an immediate impact.
