    Lack of communication between management and subordinates. Inconsistent enforcement of company policies

    great benefits. flexible schedule alot of oppourtunity for growth and improvement. time off, holiday pay, benefits, gym, cafeteria and activities.

    if you dont like working in a call center atmosphere this is not the place for you. always taking calls

    great management at 1800 contacts. the managers try hard to build good relationships with everyone that works for the company
