    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Free membership as an employee and one other person.
Discounts on all products you purchase both online and in club.
Costly insurance for full time employees only.

    Cons

    Very long and demanding hours.
    Very low, low pay
Tasked out from start to finish
    Little recognition by senior management
    Club Managers are a joke

    Advice to Management

Bring back commissions, and pay your employees more. You''ll work your butt off for pennies and be disappointed when you see your paycheck every time. Club Managers have NO IDEA what they are doing, take less higher ups from Home Depot and hire from within. Club Managers should be people who KNOW the club, not people who know the prices of 2x4's, once upper management can get their act together and stop boasting about how much the company makes, why don't they open less clubs and actually use all this money to pay all of your employees more. I've had yet to hear an employee say that they are living comfortably with their pay, so much effort is put in for such tiny checks. Chances are that if you're front desk, you'll go nowhere, same with the majority of MC's and PT's, especially after the massive pay cuts. The discrepancies in pay from Department Head to Club Manger is astounding. The average CM check is almost 2.5 times as much as a full time DH for doing nothing compared to other DH's.

    only 2 weeks off pto
benefits don't kick until at least 30 days of employment, in some cases 60 days
