Pros
I was hired to freelance for a company through 24 Seven. They pay you every Friday, which is great, and the people at 24 Seven have always been prompt in helping me with any problems. Very positive experience so far.
Cons
Not a big deal, but I wish all the paystub and hourly input platforms were a little more centralized and easy to access. They're a bit all over the place.

Transparency in feedback and communication. Express empathy about your work environment by checking in each week to make sure the role is still the right fit for you and the team. In constant contact following your journey with their client.
Cons
This is a top-level agency. I have not encountered anything I have questioned in my dealings with the staff here.
