Leadership is running this into the ground. They don’t address any of the causes, just blame a select few while others get to do whatever they want. Culture has gone from amazing to toxic in a matter of months. They tell people they are doing a great job and then they are gone days later. CEO is rarely around and now daily stand ups have stopped so communication is non-existent.
