Pros
Team leaders / manager and all other engineers are incredibly supportive. There is always someone able to help if needed. You don't get palmed off like in other firms. For an new member to join the team with no experience it is also an amazing way to get to grips with the industry as you will be paired up with another engineer for a few weeks. There are great incentives for engineers to earn a bit extra and also the cars are lovely to drive.
Cons
I think there could be a better structure when working from home but thats really it. The job isn't too varied in the sense of phones but meeting new people everyday and dealing with different setups counters that.
