    Flexible schedule
    Company car
    Good team members
    Good team of franchisees

    Cons

    Work a minimum of 50 hours in the field on top of constant email, recaps, plans, and meetings/conference calls
    Little recognition for a job well done by management
    Turnover is through the roof
    Budgets are unattainable
    Management is just about covering their tails
    Little support in the field from direct manager, merchandisers, or senior management

    Advice to Management

    Recognize that the Business Consultant is your bridge to success through the franchisee, and value them as such
