      Pros

      Good Work life balance. Comfortable and stress free environment at work place with good culture.

      Cons

      This is definitely not a place for people who want to climb up the career ladder. Though the company is employee friendly in certain aspects, it isn't so in aspects that actually matter like leave policiy, benefits, transport etc. The company is not open to changing their policies for better. Any dealings with management or HR and painfully slow.

      Personal touch with individual agent helping you along the way with all matters. Good salary negotiations, broad contract opportunities.

      Cons

      Over the years budgets for additional courses diminished, for the sake of pre planned offering.
