Compensation could be better but that's just non profit for you

    Pros

The organization's programs do a lot of good for people in the community. Leadership is open to adapting services to better meet people's needs. Employees feel valued and like they are contributing to a greater good. Employees are encouraged to suggest and participate in training for professional development and there are opportunities for advancement within the organization.

    Cons

Like other nonprofits, staffing and resources can be a challenge. Sometimes you have to be creative and willing to put in a little extra to get the job done.

    Pros

-A lot of nonprofits really struggle to deliver on their programs, but A New Leaf is able to get the resources needed to do the job. -The people that work here are good people. That's the best part -Generous vacation time if you stick around -Fight for good compensation and you can get it, just be direct with your supervisor

    Cons

They struggle with staffing, and sometimes program management because of how diverse they are. But given how good they do compared to other nonprofits, it's definitely forgivable.
