DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING PAID FAIRLY FOR YOUR WORK. ITS A SCAM!

    Pros

it's a good job if you like doing a company's dirty work going to door to door earning little to NOTHING in commission for your hard work in the intense heat or cold for 12 hours. i will say i did learn a lot about sales thru the workshops and training so it would be a good internship i guess but i don't suggest staying long with a company with such bad ethics. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO THRU WITH THE JOB, GET COPIES OF EVERYTHING YOU SIGN! they will try and use it against you if you decide to quit.

    Cons

They're not honest about what the job exactly is, when you get paid and the requirements for getting paid. They will lure you in with promises of big earnings, rapid promotion, and a fun office work environment but don't be fooled: this is a marketing company and they're masters of manipulation and finessing. I was never told once by the manager Lauren, my trainer Zinge, or any other employee that you don't actually get paid until after you get your "dealer code", which is a code that AT&T uses to keep track of the commission you've made off of your sales. I worked there for 2 and a half weeks before i realized it was a scam and quit but at that point i had not gotten my dealer code yet so i essentially worked for free for that whole period. after i quit, Lauren assured me I would still get paid for the sales i made while i was there, which was a lie clearly. she said that 4 out of 5 of my sales my first week cancelled the service, and of course my trainer kept the info to himself about the customers i was selling to so there was no way for me to confirm with these people that they actually cancelled their service or not. it was likely an excuse so i wouldn't throw a fit about not being paid, but i still had 4 sales i made my second week and i kept track of the customers. all of them followed through with the service yet i still haven't seen any money from those. there's countless other past employees i've talked to who either never got paid for their labor, didn't get paid what we were told we would get, or got paid weeks and weeks later than what we were promised. you can make money at this company if you grit your teeth and bare the garbage but honestly it's not worth it for me working 70 hour work weeks and getting paid very little (for me i literally never got a penny from the work i did there). and they'll probably respond to this review and say something like "ignore this info it's not pertinent, this person clearly never worked for our company" but if i know all of this info how can that be true? LOL. i'm looking right now in to pressing charges on them for illegal activity because i'm pretty sure they don't have a permit for soliciting door to door like they had us doing. literally 3 different times while working, some of my peers had the cops called on them because the residents knew that we were doing wasn't legal. so this is my experience, lots of people had the same type of thing happen to them you can look at the other reviews. the bad reviews are usually the most telling about a company. the good reviews are likely just the management planting them there since hardly anyone actually sticks around with the company. when i started, about 90% of the people had just started working there over the last few months. go get a regular hourly job that has commission as well if you wanna get into sales, don't be suckered into this garbage. or better yet, get the experience necessary then start your own biz! HAPPY JOB HUNTING! i wish you all the best!

    Pros

Some of the people were nice

    Cons

BEWARE: These people are in Nashville now and have changed their name to The Dryden Group. I sadly had to learn this the hard way and did not connect the dots until I walked out on my first day and found A&A on Glassdoor. False job postings, they post marketing and communication assistant roles and promise college students internships for PR, marketing, communications, etc when the position is door to door sales all day long with barely any breaks. When I decided to leave because I knew this was wrong, the girl training me tried to make me feel like it was my fault that she lied about the job, claiming that "door to door sales is the most important form of marketing". You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
