      Pros

      starting pay is great

      Cons

management is terrible, the company is a revolving door of firing and hiring, it's hard to move up in management if your heterosexual, you will continuously be short staffed, and you will most likely always do an extra shift because everyone calls off because of no one like working there, also your checks will always be incorrect.

          Pros

Fast growing company and decent pay.

          Cons

Everything else. - Worse management team I've ever seen - No accountability. The game is to blame someone below you for your screw ups - Claims to be room for growth, but truly that only applies by stepping on others toes and sucking up to your superior without having any relevant skills pertaining to your job title or promoted position. Experience means nothing in this company. - CEO is the most condescending individual ever to run a company. Has no real idea what his company does or how things work at all. Undervalues all his employees and lets them know that they mean nothing and can be replaced if they have any opinions that are not his own, even if it is to help with company growth and productivity. - Forces staff to clock in and out at their exact scheduled time, but always needs them to stay longer hours without pay due to the high employee turn over rate. -Loves convincing staff to wear multiple hats and work positions they are not qualified for, never to even give that staff member a chance to permanently earn the position, and in most cases, that staff member will usually end up fired for not being able to manage the position that they should have never been forced into.

Those hired/rejected by MBB, how did you get the news after the first round of interviews? Via phone or email? As of now all the comms with HR were through email, so not sure what to expect. Also it has been >1 weeks since...🫠McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Bain & Company

        Manager

I recently did a phone interview and it went well. A week later, I get an in person interview with HR. They let me know I will be hearing back from them shortly. On linked in, the position I applied for opened back up, is this a sign that they decided to not hire me? I’ll be reaching out soon. But just got me disappointed.
