I worked at ABB full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Company provided training.
Company car and cellular service depending on position.

    Cons

Company car comes with several strings attached. You will need to keep your personal vehicle.
Cellular service only applies to cheap phone ABB picks out. You can port your personal number over, but you won't get it back.
Travel, travel, and more travel, but not to anywhere exciting or interesting.
Pay, while initially might seem decent, you will quickly be asked to work more hours than initially stated while being paid for 40. Complain and get laid off.
Company is too large, management too out of touch, in some cases your manager might be on the other side of the continent.
Constant competition and exploitation of the different departments hurts the company as a whole. ABB's biggest competitor is ABB.

    Advice to Management

Numbers aren't everything, listen to your employees. If a contract is underbid at the beginning don't take the profit out of your employee's pay.
