  2. "Old school slow moving company"

    I worked at ABB

    Pros

Graduate program was great, got to experience lots of things and projects. A good start to ones career. There are some really talented people in the organization

    Cons

It’s a company with very centralized decision making in Europe. It tries to call itself a “tech” company but moves like a snail. Ultimately, if you are a highly driven individual looking for a fast paced environment — look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Decentralize some of the decision making. Have room for people to do their own thing and not spend half their time reporting to different managers sitting in Zurich.
