Pros
Because it's a small agency, you wear a lot of hats. This can be good and bad because you get experience in a variety of fields.
Cons
Once again, because it's a small agency, you are often overloaded with work you weren't hired to do..there is also a lack of communication, absolutely no recognition, a negative atmosphere and not a big enough salary to deal with it.
ABC Creative Group Response

The advertising industry is a tough one to be part of and may not be for everyone. At ABC, we recognize and reward the employees who push both the agency and clients forward.
Unorganized and lack of communication may be a good way to describe us, but, hey, we are a bunch of creatives who are focused on producing the best ideas for all our clients. The creative is what we focus on most and sometimes that creates the perception of us being unorganized. However, we’re always working to get better.

Pros
Upon hiring you immediately feel like you are part of a family - which means you get the good with the bad. You don't always get along with your family but you are there for each other and a team at the end of the day. You will never get bored here. There are always opportunities to be creative. You get to work with a wide variety of clients that span across all different industries.
Cons
Tempers can run short among staff and management. Expectations are high because so are our clients'. There is always room for improvement in communication (like with any organization). But if you set a high bar for yourself to begin with you will do fine here.
The CEO is a narcissist and the COO is incompetent. Miserable atmosphere. Everyone talks behind each others back. No one knows what they are doing. All smoke and mirrors.
