More or less zero pros, than some learning part.

No growth, ranned by CEO's and his chelas (stupid followers). No proper infrastructure. I couldn't even get back my PF, as they always give one or other excuse. Overall I feel not a good company as an employee, however, exceptional for CEO, CTO and other higher level managers as they enjoy more benefits.

lack of Vision , Discrimination at work place special Gender and place of Origin No clarity on thought and requirements ...inexperience of the leadership team lack of clarity on roles and responsibility, everyone expected to do everything expect of what he/she is good at Too much politics , survival in the bureaucratic world is easier than ABIBA
